California beach boy David Bennett desperately wants to become a star so he'll never have to deliver pizza again-- a job that's supported him for the past five years. David's dad bought him a drum kit when he was a kid, and he practiced with it daily. When David was 12, his father passed away and his English teacher told him that writing each day could serve as a type of therapy, sparking his passion for songwriting. David attended the Musicians Institute in California and was awarded the "Outstanding Stylist Award" when he graduated in 2008. He wants to continue to write his own songs and move people with his voice and lyrics.
